This page explains how BumbleVA handles the personal data you send us when you apply for a job.

Candidate data

When you apply, we store:

• Your full name, email address and phone number.
• The country and city you will work from, and your LinkedIn address if you give one.
• Your CV file (PDF or DOCX) and the optional note you write.
• When you applied, which job you applied to, and the status of your application.
• Your consent record: when you agreed, and which version of this policy you agreed to.
• Your IP address, stored only as a one-way hash. We never keep the raw address.
• Short-lived anti-abuse counters, keyed by a hashed IP address or email, that delete themselves automatically.
• Recruiter notes, and a log of status changes, deletions and CV access by the recruiting team.

The recruiting team also gets an email notification when you apply. We use your data only to review your application and to contact you about it. Only the BumbleVA recruiting team can open it. We do not sell it or share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Applications that are still new or were rejected are deleted after 12 months.

Delete your data

To have your application, your CV and its notes deleted, email dramrarafa@bumbleva.com from the address you applied with. We delete it and confirm by email.
